You'll get the opportunity to see and/or meet others in your group after you sign up for Rhodium Remote. If, for some reason, it's not a fit, we'll either refund you, move you to a different group, or build a new group for you.
What is your guarantee, cancellation and money back policy?
You can have a full refund of any of your most recent 6-Months of Rhodium Remote payments for any reason. Just email us. No questions asked. We value our relationship to you more than the cost of admission.
Can I have a discount?
If you’ve suffered a recent financial hardship, please email us and we’ll see about scholarships. Outside of that, we don’t do discounts. If a $99/month purchase puts you in a difficult financial position, we recommend against joining.
Can I get the recordings without joining the membership?
We’ve thought hard about this. It boils down to this. We don’t feel we can deliver meaningful results for you with only recordings. Relationships and results when facilitated take time. If you choose not to take advantage of the monthly and quarterly sessions, that’s okay, but we’ve chosen to not offer the recordings as a standalone option.
Who are the presenters/mentors and what are the topics?
The core focus of the group is on peer-sharing and peer-mentoring. Other than a few guest mentors invited by Chris, the majority of presenters/mentors are other active group members. Topics vary every meeting but will typically revolve around the themes of buy, build, grow, increase profits, automate, and exit. Exact names and topics will announced within a few weeks of any gatherings.

When will in-person gatherings happen again?
We will announce dates for a spring Rhodium Retreat and fall Rhodium Weekend event as soon as venues are finalized.
Will there be recordings of all meetings?
In order to maintain the value of confidentiality, we don’t record all meetings. The real value of the group happens when the recording is off. We may release limited recordings of specific presentations in special circumstances, primarily for active members to be able to reference.
What platform will we meet on?
Most sessions will utilize Zoom for meetings. However, we’re constantly seeking out other tools and technologies which are best suited for different session goals and formats.
Can I get calendar invites for all sessions?
Yes. After you join, we’ll share a shared Google Calendar which you can subscribe to. Events will also be listed in the members area of RhodiumWeekend.com.
Will I have to sit through a bunch of pitches?
We value your time, and won’t force you to sit through anything that doesn’t add value. We’re a no-pitch group. If you find a member is pitching, please let Chris know immediately.
Can I share access with a business partner or significant other?
Only one person per membership will be allowed in to sessions. To be a part of the group, everyone, including business partners or spouses who work with you must go through the same vetting process. Just intro them to us to start that process.
